Nursery of Knowledge and Creativity
Established in 2018 within the educational program, Nawras in Burj Al-Barajneh camp have flourished with the generous support of Al-Fanar Foundation. This bilingual (Arabic and English) educational initiative has evolved into a warm haven and safe space for children aged 3 to 5. Guided by a dedicated team of qualified educators, Nawras provides an optimal environment for children to acquire knowledge in their early educational years, fostering an atmosphere of joy, safety, and familial warmth.
Nawras is equipped with specially designed classrooms to accommodate children’s needs, featuring private bathrooms for each floor. The classrooms are stocked with carefully selected resources such as books, educational games, and imaginative play tools. Each class is facilitated by a teacher and an assistant, with additional roaming assistants to maintain overall cleanliness and meet the children’s needs.
The professional staff at Nawras encourages natural exploration and growth in a fully-equipped, excellent, secure, and consistent environment, benefitting from comprehensive care and training provided by the Collaborative for the Cooperation Foundation.
Our Objectives
With the child as our foremost priority, Nawras follows an integrated bilingual curriculum aimed at building the child’s personality, fostering independence, and developing their imagination and muscles. The program covers all developmental stages through a mix of engaging activities, artistic and hands-on experiences, encouraging a love for learning.
Quality Pre-School Education
Nawras ensures a seamless blend of Arabic and English language instruction, reinforcing language skills, self-confidence, comprehension, and discussion.
Respect and Inclusion
Children are encouraged to respect the opinions and beliefs of others through categorization, matching, and various stimulating educational games.
Artistic and Physical Development
The daily program focuses on artistic and manual activities to develop children's muscles, senses, and imagination.
Holistic Learning
Throughout the academic year, the curriculum covers various age-appropriate topics, allowing children to explore their surroundings and the world.
